Oh, five miles an hour, not 50? My bad! -- At 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 27, UT Security responded to a vehicle accident in the West Parking Garage. Officers met with both parties and information was exchanged for insurance purposes. No wonder they call it Smiley Hall.
