As I was flipping through the latest issue of Elle magazine, I began to realize that the Sunshine State may have its slight disadvantages pertaining to back to school shopping. Unavailable to us are the catalogues full of fall clothes for summer weather. Being a New Jersey girl, I am used to stocking up on lackluster burgundies and dull burnt oranges.

Game 1 Results: Spartans Use Offensive Display to Win World Series Opener

The last time The University of Tampa (50-10) baseball team played at Montgomery's Riverwalk Stadium, it took the Spartans 10 innings to score three runs while capturing the national championship. On Friday, the top-ranked Spartans scored four first-inning runs to defeat seventh-ranked Cal State University-Los Angeles (46-13-1) by a score of 13-5.
