UT's Annual Greek Sing event was held before a full crowd in Martinez Sports Center on Thursday, Oct. 12. Though the event was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., popularity caused a delay in activities. By 7:45 the stands had begun to fill, and 30 minutes later event coordinators had to clear the gym to reorganize seating for the guests.

By Alpha Chi Omega Sheds Light on Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women between the ages of 15 and 44 in the US. The Alpha Chi Omega sorority will be hosting The Luminary Project on Saturday, Oct. 7 at dusk in the Vaughn Courtyard. According to the Alpha Chi Omega foundation video, the Luminary Project is a way for the sorority to "illuminate the path to awareness and education about domestic violence.
