My tummy hurts ... -- At 12:55 a.m. on March 7, UT Security was dispatched to a possible food poisoning in Straz Hall. According to the Security report, the student stated that she had an upset stomach. The student refused transport to the hospital and said she would wait for a friend to take her.

UT Cleans Up Its Act

The numerous trash bins surrounding campus may support a clean environment, but throwing out garbage is only half the equation. What is being done about recycling on campus? Administration has noticed the lack of recycling facilities around campus and is ready to take steps towards properly disposing of recyclable waste around campus.

Men’s Basketball Ends in a Barrage of Misses

The Spartans men's basketball team started the season strong, slipped in the middle, rebounded near the end and fell in the most important game of the year. The 71-55 loss to Nova Southeastern in the quarterfinals of the Sunshine State Conference tournament leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of Spartan fans.

Spartans Baseball Dominates D-I Harvard

The University of Tampa pounded out 15 hits on their way to an 11-5 win over Division I Harvard (2-2) on a Monday afternoon game in Tampa. Craig Corrado had three hits, and converted catcher Scott Leffler picked up his first win on the mound as the Spartans (21-4) defeated a Division I team for the first time since 2005 when UT beat Quinnipiac 13-7.
