This elephant was just sitting outside a gas station in Michigan. Inside the station were stickers of the pink elephant for 25 cents each. I don’t think anything could have made this stop better. About an hour into South Dakota we saw the sculpture park from the road. We had been to a different sculpture park five months ago, and could not pass this one up. All I can say is it was one of the scariest two hours of my life. We all left running away screaming.

Nowhere in the United States can you walk down to the movie theater or grocery store and pass a 900-year-old Greek Orthodox Church or look down a street in a big city and see a real live archeological site. This was a daily experience in Athens, Greece.
