With his swift, brash killings and gruff conversations with women, Casino Royale's James Bond is almost a new character. Unlike almost every other 007 flick, this one shows us Bond before he was "Bond, James Bond." Like all the other Bond flicks, this one is action-packed, intriguing and loaded with plot twists.

Don't be disappointed when "Hated On Mostly," the new Crime Mob CD, isn't the next All Eyes On Me or The Chronic. Crime Mob seem to slip further and further into mediocre rap oblivion with this release and struggles the whole way down. The CD opens with the same beat I swear it ends with.

Ever since "Tiger Woods PGA Tour" was released on the Xbox, I've been an avid fan of the series. The game seemed so revolutionary for the somewhat dead golf genre. Being a golfer myself, I fell in love with the game immediately. Many a night I spent with friends improving my chip shot or perfecting my putting.

If a freshman pitcher defeats Division I Harvard, but more Crimson fans are there than UT fans, did the freshman pitcher really record a victory? For all four games last weekend it seemed like Florida Gulf Coast and Harvard had more fans than Tampa. Friday night and Saturday afternoon was understandable.

It was a tale of two teams today at University of Tampa Baseball Field, as the Tampa Spartans shutout the Harvard University Crimson, 11-0. The win gave the Spartans (26-6) the season-sweep over the Division I opponent. The game was a showcase of strong starting pitching, timely hits, and impressive defense on Tampa's side, while the lads from Harvard (2-5) offered atrocious defensive skills and an inability to get the big hit.

It seems like Fire Rescue should be doing more important things.... -- At 2:58 p.m. on March 19, UT Security was contacted to report a golf cart that rolled forward and hit a person on a bicycle near the Cass Building. Fire Rescue was contacted and transported the individual to the hospital.

A group of students are trying to integrate more environmentally-friendly measures at UT. The Student Environmental Action Coalition, SEAC, was formed last fall by senior Kari Pandilidis, who is currently working with Dr. Galperin's MGT 335 Corporate Responsibility course to find ways to promote recycling and earth-friendly practices on campus.

They push wordsmiths in how well they can put words together; they pressure artists to see how clear they can paint images.
